THE EXPERIENCE

Our team is stacked with music professionals, experienced educators, and trusted volunteers, so students are in good hands at every turn! Prior to camp, we recommend that students prepare by choosing a selection and practicing in advance, as we want them to feel less anxious, more confident, and equipped to put their best foot forward!

When Monday comes, it's GO TIME! There will be morning clinics filled with Q&As and jam sessions from the musicians behind the #1 hits and top artists students know and love. We'll then pivot to performance training, where we guide campers step-by-step through how to construct an incredible performance on stage— all in a warm, encouraging atmosphere.

During the afternoon, students will be grouped in a band with others sharing similar age and skill levels. They'll learn to work together to form a band name, rehearse material, and operate as a musically cohesive unit. Everything will culminate on Friday with our Soundwave Academy Student Showcase, a mind-blowing exhibition of band debuts, as well as solo performances by select campers who are chosen to perform via audition.

We'll work hard...but we'll also play hard, too! We'll compete in games, forge friendships, have tons of fun, and create memories that last a lifetime. So mark June 23-27, 2025 down on the calendar, and COME READY TO ROCK!
